Lawyer Chloe Pocock works in the litigation department of WGC Lawyers with Director Doug McKinstry and Associate Josh McDiarmid.
Chloe joined WGC in early 2020 after serving a year as an Associate to His Honour Judge Morzone QC. As judge’s associate, Chloe has had a variety of exposure to matters in both the Magistrate and District courts in Cairns, which has provided a very good foundation for her transition into litigation.
Having previously worked at Turner Freeman Lawyers in a legal support role, Chloe brings the relevant administrative skills and understanding for how matters are handled from the very beginning.
In 2018 Chloe was fortunate to secure a legal placement in Thailand, where she was exposed to the complexities of the industry outside Australian jurisdiction.
Born in the UK, with her family residing in Mackay Queensland, Chloe has developed a love for travel and enjoys learning about the lives and experiences of other people and cultures. In her spare time you’ll find her outside with friends enjoying the region.
