Position: Lawyer
Ph: 07 4046 1126
Moving to Cairns from the UK, Harvey Swann joined WGC Lawyers in 2022, where he has worked closely with Managing Director, Rhiannon Saunders, and Director, John Hayward, as part of the litigation and dispute resolution team.
Harvey offers clients strategic assistance regarding the early resolution of disputes and ensures that clients remain well-informed throughout the litigation process.
Having transitioned from a career in hospitality to law, Harvey understands the challenges of navigating complex legal processes without experience or appropriate guidance. This background gives him a unique perspective, enabling him to empathise with clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs and objectives effectively.
When he’s not working, Harvey makes the most of Cairns’ weather (a marked improvement from the UK) by camping and seeing the local sights. Whenever he can, he also enjoys jetting off to explore other countries.
