This involves looking for efficiencies in all aspects of the business by incorporating the latest technological advancements, and using innovative and collaborative approaches to strategic planning and forecasting.
Paula joined WGC Lawyers in 2016 after 15 years spent in senior finance, accounting, banking and management roles throughout Australia and Papua New Guinea.
Never shying away from hard work, Paula is task-oriented and driven to exceed both her own expectations and those of her peers. She embraces a lead-by-example management style and fosters a warm and encouraging approach to employee engagement.
