» Trish Clune

Trish was first admitted to practice as a solicitor and barrister of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1992. She relocated to Queensland in 1995 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland that year. She has over thirty years experience in representing clients in a variety of areas of law including, civil, family and criminal law.

As a Senior Lawyer at WGC Lawyers, Trish practices in succession and elder law focusing on estate administration and litigation.

Having a wealth of legal experience in client advocacy and litigation strategy, Trish brings extensive knowledge to her work and has a clear understanding of client objectives and strategies to achieve positive outcomes for clients.

Assisting executors navigate the process of administering an estate after the death of a family member is very rewarding. Trish says that having good communication with the client is key in developing strong relationships. Every estate matter is unique and brings its own challenges and sometimes complex family dynamics. The wealth of experience in legal practice Trish brings to the WGC Wills and Estates Team enhances our litigation practice.

Trish has extensive experience appearing and advocating on behalf of clients in the Supreme Court, District Court, Magistrates and Children’s Court, QCAT, Coronial Inquests and Mental Health Review Tribunal. Whilst litigation is often stressful for clients Trish is focussed on ensuring clients receive quality representation and fair outcomes. Trish’s focus is on an individual approach to each client and understanding their unique and specific needs.
