Rachael Munro is a Lawyer at WGC Lawyers in Cairns.

Rachael joined the WGC team in 2026, bringing experience in employment law and workplace relations. She works closely with Managing Director Rhiannon Saunders, Director John Hayward, and the Dispute Resolution & Litigation team, supporting all areas of dispute resolution and litigation.

Rachael brings a practical and strategic approach to resolving disputes and delivers clear communication, attention to detail and an ability to manage sensitive disputes with professionalism.
After work, Rachael enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, playing board games with friends and attempting the local hiking trails.
