Tanneil Tinker was awarded a Bachelor of Laws with Honours in 2019 and was admitted to the legal profession as a lawyer in 2020. She was one of the first graduate lawyers to be admitted in Queensland during the Covid pandemic.
As a Senior Associate at WGC Lawyers, Tanneil practices in succession and elder law, including estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation.
Prior to joining WGC Lawyers, Tanneil worked in a local firm specialising in wills and estates and she has a great deal of experience in this area of law.
Having practiced exclusively in wills and estates since her admission, Tanneil brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her estate planning approach focusing on achieving client objectives. Her pre-admission practical experience in commercial, property and trust matters mean that Tanneil can assist clients with understanding the available options in order to achieve the best outcomes for them and their families.
Losing a loved one can be extremely traumatic and difficult. Tanneil says that assisting executors with the challenging and emotional process of estate administration provides her with immense job satisfaction and is the primary reason why she chose to operate in the wills and estate sector. Her focus on client communication enables strong client relationships.
Tanneil has experience appearing in the Supreme Court, District Court, QCAT and at mediations. Tanneil is passionate about assisting estate litigation clients to achieve effective, equitable outcomes bearing in mind that every estate is unique and requires a situation specific approach to the conduct of the matter.
