Sarah has recently become a Cairns resident after making the long drive up from Victoria in 2022.
Sarah brings with her many years of legal experience, working in litigation, superannuation disability claims, personal injury claims and conveyancing. Joining WGC as a paralegal, Sarah works diligently alongside Director Graham Dutton, achieving outstanding results for their clients.
Having purchased and sold properties herself, Sarah knows how important it is to understand every aspect of the difficult process, particularly if purchasing interstate. Through clear communication and a meticulous work ethic, Sarah takes pride in ensuring all WGC’s clients have a positive experience, so they continue to entrust in our firm for all their property needs. She aims to make the journey as smooth and as stress free as possible, so you can actually enjoy what should be an exciting time.
Sarah is also qualified in using Property Exchange Australia (PEXA) to ensure seamless, timely and efficient online settlements.
When not incessantly studying the property market, Sarah can be found by the beach, pampering her two Rottweilers or exploring the beautiful city of Cairns.
