» Brendan O’Sullivan

Brendan joined the Dispute Resolution and Litigation team at WGC Lawyers in early 2025, after working in a boutique commercial litigation firm in Brisbane.

Brendan works closely with Managing Director, Rhiannon Saunders and Director John Hayward.

Originally from Nhulunbuy (Gove), NT, Brendan completed three years of schooling in Cairns before moving to Brisbane (and recently returning to Cairns).

Brendan’s areas of expertise include debt recovery, repossession, insolvency and litigation. He has conducted matters and represented individuals, small businesses and large companies in various Australian state and federal courts.

He has a no-nonsense approach and conducts matters in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Outside of work, Brendan is a reservist with the Australian Army Reserves as an Infantry Soldier. Brendan enjoys training in combat sports, participating in fitness activities and doing anything in the outdoors.
