Chloe Moes is a Director of WGC Lawyers in Cairns and, alongside Rhys Larsen, leads the Property and Commercial team. Chloe has over 10 years’ experience advising clients across Queensland on a wide range of commercial and property law matters, and is known for guiding clients through complex, high-value transactions.
Chloe has a particular interest in commercial and property transactions, and her practice includes:
- commercial property conveyancing
- commercial and retail leasing
- business acquisitions and disposals
- property developments
- titling matters, including the lodgement of development survey plans and the drafting of consents and easement documentation
- private loan agreements

Whether buying or selling commercial property or a business, leasing commercial or retail premises, or undertaking a property development, Chloe’s expertise is widely sought for guidance through each stage of the process.
Beyond the law, Chloe was a competitive swimmer and hockey player, and she remains involved in both sports at a community level. In 2025, she completed the 1.9-kilometre swim leg of the Cairns Ironman as part of the WGC team, helping to raise over $7,000 for Cairns Organisation United for Cancer Health (COUCH).
