WGC Lawyers Director Graham Dutton has more than 15 years’ experience in all aspects of business, property and commercial law. He has particular expertise in retail shop leasing transactions and in applications and approvals sought through the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation for licensed premises.
A highlight of Graham’s career was being part of the WGC legal team for the sale, subsequent acquisitions and sharemarket float of one of the largest hotel groups in Australia.
He has a large and varied client base including nationally listed companies, prominent shopping centre owners and property developers.
In addition to representing large companies, Graham regularly advises individuals, small businesses and corporate entities in the areas of leasing and commercial conveyancing.
Since joining WGC in 2006, Graham has practised in real estate securities, personal property securities, property developments, the sale and purchase of franchised businesses, banking and securities, corporate structures and restructures, business services and property law.
He keeps up to date with changes in the law in these areas by regularly engaging in continuing legal education programs, conferences and masterclasses.
