» Graham Dutton

Graham Dutton is a Senior Lawyer at WGC Lawyers in Cairns.

Graham has more than 20 years’ experience across all aspects of business, property, and commercial law, advising a large and varied client base that includes nationally listed companies, prominent shopping centre owners, and property developers across Queensland.

Graham has a particular interest in retail leasing and licensing matters, and his practice includes:

  • retail shop leasing transactions
  • commercial conveyancing
  • applications and approvals through the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation for licensed premises
  • real estate and personal property securities
  • property developments
  • the sale and purchase of franchised businesses
  • banking and securities
  • corporate structures and restructures

As one of North Queensland’s foremost commercial lawyers, Graham’s career has included acting on the sale, subsequent acquisitions, and share market float of one of the largest hotel groups in Australia. In addition to Graham’s representation of large companies, he regularly advises individuals, small businesses, and corporate entities on leasing and commercial conveyancing.

Beyond the law, Graham splits his time between the various activities of his children and fiercely supporting the Brisbane Lions.
