Rachel is a Paralegal in the Commercial and Property Team, working with Directors Rhys Larsen and Chloe Moes. With more than five years of hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of property law matters, she brings a strong foundation in conveyancing, settlements, and transactional support.
Her background includes working at a local law firm where she focused on property law, as well as holding a management position in a high-volume settlement room. These roles have equipped her with a deep understanding of the practical, procedural, and client-service demands of property transactions.
Rachel is also a Commissioner for Declarations and is recognised for her efficient, client-focused approach. She helps clients navigate transactions with clarity and ease, ensuring each stage progresses smoothly. Whether coordinating with external stakeholders, preparing documentation, or guiding clients through key milestones, Rachel remains dedicated to achieving positive outcomes and upholding a consistently high standard of service.
Outside of work, Rachel loves exploring new destinations and spending time outdoors with her energetic Border Collie.
