Brien Leibinger is an experienced local Cairns lawyer, with over 30 years of legal experience. His principal area of practice is estate and succession planning and he has a widely
acknowledged reputation for providing his clients with quality advice and expertly tailored solutions to address their concerns and objectives.
At its core, estate planning is about the legacy you leave behind. Brien‘s clients know that their estate plan will ensure that the right people get the right assets at the right time.
Due to his expertise Brien is often asked to deliver technical papers on estate and succession planning issues to industry bodies including the Taxation Institute of Australia, CPA Australia and Legalwise and community and business networking groups.
Outside of work, apart from his family, Brien has a deep interest in military history, particularly Australia‘s involvement in both World Wars. Two of the most emotionally moving experiences Brien has had include attending an ANZAC day ceremony at Villers Bretonneux in France and attending a D-Day commemorative ceremony at the American war cemetery at Omaha Beach in Normandy, France.
